Sol Ania was born from a love for getting dressed, traveling, and finding those pieces you want to keep in your closet forever.
Growing up in a Polish household, European style was always around me. My mom lived in linen, beautiful fabrics, and effortless pieces, and naturally, so much of my own style was inspired by hers.
As I got older, that inspiration grew through travel. I spent months at a time exploring Europe, and one of my favorite parts of every trip was shopping. I loved finding that one piece I couldn't find anywhere else and bringing it home with me. I became fascinated by the way style changed from one place to another, and especially by the way getting dressed was simply part of the day. There was an effortlessness to it. You got up, got dressed, and showed up for yourself.
That feeling became a huge part of what Sol Ania is today.
The idea for the brand came unexpectedly after graduating, while I was helping a friend with her bikini company. Something just clicked. I had never felt completely pulled toward a career before, but the second I thought about creating my own brand, I couldn't stop. Sketching turned into conversations with manufacturers, ideas became samples, and slowly Sol Ania became real.
Even the name tells a piece of our story. Ania comes from my European name and roots, while sol means sun in Spanish. Sol Ania is made to be worn in the light, under the sun, and to make you feel like the light. Our pieces are named after places I've traveled to, with inspiration drawn from the places, people, and style I've experienced along the way.
At Sol Ania, we want getting dressed to feel like something you do for yourself. We focus on quality fabrics, thoughtful fits, and pieces that feel special without needing a special occasion. Clothes you can actually live in, reach for constantly, and still love years from now.
Because showing up for yourself doesn't have to be a big thing. Sometimes it's getting dressed even when you have nowhere important to be. It's moving your body, putting on your favorite jewelry, spending the day outside, seeing your friends, or simply doing the little things that make you feel like yourself.
